Login to clear E16, E32, or E48-32 through the online portal or what’s app bot.

Pay your subscription if your DStv has expired and your channels are not showing.

Pay the exact or more the amount of the subscription price of your DStv package.

If there is no signal or E48-32, then it is recommended you call installer to come and fix that for you. We have installers on standby reach out to us.

Check the back of your decoder and tight the f-connector that connects the satellite dish to your receiver.
